Grandma Lula's Potato Casserole
My Grandma Lula was a gracious Southern woman. She was a powerhouse, talented and beautiful. She juggled a career, raising successful children and took on my stubborn Grandpa at any given moment. Grandpa was diabetic and because of her diligence, when it came to Grandpa's diet, he was able to live till he was 83. Lula was a fascinating woman, I miss her and her cooking, as well as my Grandpa Bill something awful.

I'll definitely try this one. I am an absolute potato fan. I'll have to adjust the portions for two, though ;)
CS, maybe make it all and freeze small portions of leftovers, right? We know all the ingredients will freeze well.
Thanks for sharing. I feel so hungry now.
